位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。

Parfaitement situé et excellente nuit !
Excellent hotel situé a un emplacement de rêve. La chambre donnait sur la plage et l'arrivée des ferry, donc aucun bruit ne perturbait la nuit. L'hôtel est directement sur la place très animée ( danses et spectacles pre hispaniques etc) et commerçante de Playa. Je suis arrivé très tard dans la nuit -2h du matin- mais le gardien était lá et a fait l'accueil parfaitement. Je recommande cet hotel.

Close to everything and felt safe. Beds were hard which was ok for me but maybe not others. Wifi clicked off and on randomly so I used my data and roaming to ensure I was connected. Tv only hooked up to YouTube or Netflix which is ok because we didn’t need the tv much. Amazing view. Pool was great to refresh in after a walk or a beach swim.

Best budget hotel I've been to
Excellent budget friendly hotel. No frills, but you're in a fantastic location close to everything. Literally 5 seconds from the beach or shopping or restaurants. For all the action going on it is surprisingly quiet.

A great place to stay in PDC, on the main plaza with all of its local daily activity and just steps from both the ADO terminal and the beach. Although the area is bustling, it is quite serene on the large balconies of the oceanfront junior suites. My oceanfront junior suite was very large, a bit spartan but with a gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze when you are on the balcony. Highly recommend.

Clean hotel and excellent location
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Melissa hotel. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Right next to the parque de fundadores had daily dances and events going on. Balcony had a great beachfront view. The hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this Hotel from 27 April 2024 to 30 April 2024. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to go back again. Pros - 1. Location: located on Juarez Ave. and 5th Ave, this place is right across Parque Los Fundadores. Its steps to the beach, 5th Ave., ADO Terminal. Very convinient location in terms of transportation, food and nightlife. 2. Hotel Staff: The hotel staff are super kind and helpful. Always greeting you with a smile and assisting you. 3. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the Carribbean sea and Parque Los Fundadores. It had a walkout balcony as well. 4. Safety: We felt very safe at this hotel. There was a locker in the room as well to keep our valuables. The hotel has an iron gate that is closed every night at 12am. We were told that the front desk staff would open it incase we needed to go out. 5. Pool: the hotel has a swimming pool. Small but clean. Its a nice place to cool off after an exhausting day.
