However, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were approached by the receptionist Marco, who was completely rude and impolite. He treated us so badly that we felt like changing hotels. This is what happened: we arrived before check-in time and sat on one of the sofas in the reception area because we were very tired after traveling for 16 hours. The receptionist, Marco, then came to us and said that we couldn't rest there. If we didn't, he would kick us out. He also said, "You're sleepy. Go get some coffee." We remained quiet and didn't react. After that, another employee, Tykhon, came to talk to us. He was very kind and resolved the situation. He was very friendly. I give him a 100 points. This employee, Marco, is going to scare away the hotel's guests. He is very arrogant.
