Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome over a weeks time. The hotel itself is dated and was constantly being under repair in various spaces throughout the hallways and ceilings.
The amazing part about this hotel is the staff and food. I am vegan and was worried about not having choices during my weeks stay, But I had nothing to worry about. The chefs prepared special breakfast, and dinners for me everyday upon request. The food was always fresh and delicious. Served with love and care.
The staff there was amazing and I’d love to give a shout out to the people who made an impact during our stay.
