Nice enough, conveniently located and definitely value for money. Room was clean and tidy and shower was nice and hot, just what was needed for a one night stay. Just a couple of things that weren’t quite 5/5 but no real complaints.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beautifully decorated and presented. Will be returning. Great for dogs as they have a dog/boot wash as well.

First Rate Hotel

An excellent stay, good sized room and en-suite bathroom. The room was spotless and the staff friendly but professional. The breakfast could not be faulted and there is a large car parking area.

Plenty of safe parking onsite. Didn't have breakfast, but had fish n chips for supper and it was really tasty. Room and pub was well maintained and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception is fully automated (no dedicated reception staff) but housekeeping and pub staff can provide some assistance. Ideal location for Chatsworth and the surrounding area.

Surprisingly great. Really clean spacious room with comfortable bed and free parking. We ended up in an accessible room which looked really well designed. Only thing is to make sure you check in using the email they send as reception isn’t manned. You just find your booking and set up the room key. Very simple and efficient.

Parking easy, staff in the pub lovely however there’s no hotel staff it’s an iPad to check in on. Stain on top of the bedsheet and TV was not that “smart” as the WiFi didn’t seem to be working for other guests (my tv would just not connect to Netflix and struggled to turn off unless I went to the wall. Really comfy and looked lovely, minor issues mentioned.

Katrina was such a key part in making my stay here so lovely! After a long day of traveling I was put in a room that was very hot and after simply asking her for a fan, she not only provided one but also was able to change my room to one that was a lot cooler.

Our room was lovely and spacious and finished to a high standard. The automated check in and check out worked really well and it was easy to find and park. The water machine was broken, no TV remote, heating remote didn't work and it was like a sauna so had to turn it off completely, kids running around screaming down the corridors until 1am.
