Love it or
I think this is a great Hidden Gem experience. It's not for everybody, but if you like a good value, atmosphere that is unique, good people watching opportunities, this is a great place to stop by. The staff is very friendly and it's generally a one-of-a-kind place.

Best service and stay
Hidden Gem. We did a last minute reservation and the place was 100 times better than we could have hope. She customer service 10 out of 10. The girl that checked us in was extra nice. We got a 2 bed and the room was huge, the tub fits 2 full grown ups comfortably

The place has potential, needs proper management, no towels on checkin? No cable on tv, and the rooms are in dire need of updating.

Amazing service. The staff work hard to make your stay better. The property isn’t bad, however, there is a roach problem for sure. The rooms are really unique. Could use a little upgrading though.

My room had amenities that I would expect to see in a room priced 2 to 3 times more than this room was priced. The building is an older building situated next to I35 South which appears to be in a renovation stage. The only thing that was a little lacking was the parking area, but still quite acceptable.

Very noisy and the amenities and the room looks very old and dirty. In the bathroom it was a used towel and it was hair on the walls of the shower.

The hotel offered a "15 minute review of your room to decide if you wanted to stay." I chose to not stay. The room was dirty. The window unit AC made the window unsecured.

Ain’t no frills or thrills hotel, you get what you pay for. Could use some upgrading with the AC units besides that not too much to complain about for the price is not bad.

Very nice place to stay and very quiet. Adequate parking and not far from downtown Austin (about 2 miles). I was unable to get my shower to function properly. It might have been me but ?.

Not enough restaurant options or late night eating. All restaurants closed by 10pm, except the deli. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and nice, staff was nice. Definitely would come back.

The staff was great but the hotel itself was in really bad condition. My sister and I stayed one night and we saw two cockroaches and the ceiling was coming apart.

This place looks nothing like its pictures. There’s stains everywhere. Why does the restroom have a window while I’m using it?

Older, comfortable place at a reasonable price
The hotel is an older property that has been maintained adequately though it could use a fresh coat of paint in places. The main advantage is that the rooms are large and the walls are thick, making for a quiet experience. The location is good though entrance to the property is from a single, easy to miss driveway off a one-way feeder road; you have to keep your eyes peeled, otherwise it can take a while to get back there.

A One Star Hotel
The people were nice, but there was a dead mouse in my room. The curtains didn't fit the windows. The shower didn't work. The toilet seat was broken. It's really a shame.
