Wonderful stay in boutique hotel
This hotel is in a wonderful location. We stayed in an extra large room and it was quite comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is excellent as is the coffee service. Staff were friendly. Some downsides (mostly spoiled American stuff) - mattress was VERY soft (too soft for us) and pillows were a little flat. Toiletries and towels were minimal. No bellhop. Only major complaint was that the thermostat was not working in our room and as a result it was uncomfortably warm. I notified the staff twice but I don’t think it was ever looked at nor did they follow up. Overall still a great stay.

Exceptional hospitality
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great walk-in shower, satisfying breakfast and fresh coffee as you like it. Nice elevator service Staff makes lattes as you like it all day. Tea or coffee and apples were free all day. We especially appreciated Mathieu’s hospitality: awesome lattes, suggestions on places to eat, drink, and tour; a dedicated professional at his job

Beware of bait and switch.
We were told that the hotel was oversold and we would have to be placed in another property. The room we were given had the top half of the windows boarded up. The property was cramped and not in as nice a street.

Pre Xmas trip to Montreal
We loved the location of the hotel. We could walk to areas of interest, restaurants and shopping. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and offered to help with all our questions. We had frequent questions related to restaurants and getting around the area. Everyone was just amazing.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem uma estrutura aconchegante, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos e o quarto é excelente! A cama e os travesseiros são extremamente confortáveis. Vieux-Port, onde hotel se encontra, é repleto de lojas, cafés, restaurantes, pertinho da igreja Notre Dame e de fácil acesso a vários pontos interessantes da cidade. Além disso, eles dispõem de preparo de cafés, capuccinos, chocolate quentes, mocha 24h e sem custo adicional, o que é incrível, sobretudo para os dias frios. O único ponto negativo é o café da manhã que não é condizente com a excelente prestação de serviços do hotel. Pouquíssima variedade, além de demorarem a repor os poucos itens que oferecem e que acabam com rapidez. Duas vezes tive que tomar café da manhã na rua por não ter mais suco, bagel, presunto e queijo. Forma-se fila e a gente chega a ficar constrangido por estar comendo e ver que outros hóspedes não conseguem se servir pela falta das coisas. Ex: avisaram um hóspede às 8:47am que não teria mais croissant (sendo que o horário de café da manhã é até 10am).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Petite Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. This chic hotel, nestled in the heart of Old Montreal, perfectly embodies a laid-back luxury vibe that makes you feel right at home. The decor is a stunning blend of stone and wood beams, creating an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the city's historic charm. The highlight of my stay was the bed and linens, which were incredibly luxurious and comfortable—definitely a great way to recharge after a day of exploring. One of the delightful surprises was the complimentary cappuccino, coffee, latte, or tea available throughout the day.
