沒有空間的三人房
我們預訂的是三人房.房間有三張平排的床.我們進入房間後,三個成人+三件大行李頓時令我們動彈不得,明顯房間是雙人房加床的效果!!雙人房加床並不是問題,但可否加在一間空間較大的房間裏呢?當他們加床時,有沒有想過我們要在房間走動,而且一住便七天,是不是在這七天裏都要小心翼翼跨過行李才能走動呢?我們要求轉房,要到第二天才能成功.值得讚的,是酒店位置頗佳,乘車或走路到各處都很方便..

Sensacional
Foi tudo maravilhoso. Hotel perfeito, muito limpo, quartos confortáveis, cama ótima, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Banheiro muito bom. Fica próximo a tudo, fizemos a maioria dos passeios a pé. Tem vários restaurantes e padarias maravilhosas por perto. O hotel não divulga mas oferece a partir das 13:30 café e pães doces a vontade para os hóspedes. Uma delícia. Fomos tão bem recebidos que deixaram um mimo no quarto, pois havia informado na reserva que estaríamos comemorando nosso aniversário de casamento. Enfim, não tenham dúvidas que l hotel é ótimo.

Hotel Acta Splendid é um hotel butique . Todos serviços do hotel muito atenciosos e gentil . Café da manhã excelente .Possuem uma sala para hóspedes muito aconchegante . We stayed here recently for 2 nights at the end of our trip and it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We arrived late at night around 1:00am (we had already informed the hotel of our late arrival) & when our cab driver pulled up to the hotel we were sure there had been some mistake. The building was completely dark, no lights on, and looked like an apt building. We walked up and rang the doorbell twice with no answer. Panic started to set in as we stood on the street. All of a sudden a staff member appeared from behind the desk, he had been sleeping. He let us in and then proceeded to check us in in the dark. Couldn't even be bothered to turn on a light. He was strange and awkward and the whole situation was just unsettling. We got to our room and it was a bigger one than we had booked which was an upside. The room strongly smelled, and the decor was dated and drab. However, the worst part was that we had a street facing room and the windows are single paned with no soundproofing. If you value your sleep, do not book this hotel. We could hear every single street noise all night and did not sleep for the 2 nights we stayed here. A housekeeper also barged into our room one morning while I was still in bed. I would not recommend staying here at all, there are far better hotels in Barcelona.

Comfortable hotel - stayed in a triple which was good for our purposes. Two twin beds together for my husband and me and then another twin bed for our daughter. Close to the metro and easy to get a taxi nearby as well. Seemed like a safe area and pretty centrally located.
