Great Location in El Centro
The included breakfast every morning was made to order and was very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a great location within a couple blocks of the Gran Plaza and Parque Santa Lucia. Within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Authentic Boutique Hotel in Mérida Centro
The hotel is authentic, conveniently located near the Centro and very pleasant. The AC in the room worked great, the WiFi was fast and the free breakfasts were delicious. The service was also very good. If you have a car, free parking is conveniently located across the street in a secured lot. Hotel staff has to unlock the gate each time for entry and exit but the process was efficient and quick. The price point was good for this property. I would stay again.

Hotel im historischen Stadtkern von Mérida, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel selber befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude mit großem Patio. Das Zimmer war groß und mit einem modernen Bad ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach aber ausreichend.

El lugar es bueno, es muy tranquilo, limpio y está a 5 min caminando del centro. La atención del personal es excelente. Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno buffet que se supone venía incluido con el hospedaje, estaba muy sencillo.

My stay at Hotel Real Toledo was a very positive experience. My room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was perfect; fruit, pastry, and several choices of house-made eggs. The location was perfect, very close to everything. I felt safe and was able to utilize the Colibri tour office right next door. I definitely recommend Hotel Real Toledo to all.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful and friendly. There were plenty of breakfast options (especially if you like eggs, as I do). The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants, shops, city center AND the place next door is a tour agency that has better and less expensive tours than what is offered online. The ONLY con was that the water pressure leaves much to be desired but overall, I would absolutely stay here again and also recommend this hotel to other people.
