I stayed at this hotel with my friend for four days and it's quite nice. The kitchen's clean, toilet's awesome, the bed's fine, the table's useful. We think the kitchen has enough appliances there since we've cooked on one of the four nights. However, the television's not working, the room could be a bit cold at night and in the morning, and it is possible that the dishwasher may cause fuse tripping and you need to work on the fuse box's switch. As for the neighbourhood, it's a residential area so it's relatively safer and if you're using the porte d'orlean station, it's 15 mins away, the metro line's also quite nice and the trains are newer. However, it gets rather quiet at night, hence it's probably best to return to the hotel before 9. In overall, I think it's a good hotel for backpacking tourists.
