Bad reception desk service.
I came to Izmir to visit my customer VESTEL in Manisa which 21 km away from Izmir downton. The reception desk's staff introduce a taxi driver and told me the texi costs should be 100TL one way. I accept his suggestion and hire the taxi to go there. Two hour later I use the original taxi back. The driver ask me to pay 200TL. Afterware I ask the taxi on the street. They said the cost should be around 100TL one way. So... This hotel's staff took advantage from me with the bad taxi driver.

The best bed I’ve ever slept in
My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

Konum olarak çok güzel yerse her yere yakın Odanızı yol tarafından alırsanız uyku problemi yaşaya bilirsiniz oda içerisine çok fazla yol sesi geliyor. Kahvaltı’sı güzeldi.

Ontur Hotel es un hotel con excelente servicio, sus cuartos son amplios y muy limpios con muy buenos servicios. La ubicación cercana a la estación de tren es importantísima. Cuenta con Gimnasio, Spa y Alberca techada.

Corect
Bon séjour, litterie confortable et chambre spacieuses. Cependant ni le spa, ni la piscine n'etait ouvert. Leurs horraires d'ouverture sont du lundi au samedi à partir de 11h et fermé le dimanche. Aussi le personel et peu enclin à proposer des alternatives malgré les plusieurs remarques. Dommage pour un hotel qui prétend avoir du standing... Petit déjeuner correct.
