I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of my trip and at the end of my trip (so two nights but not back to back). The first check-in was great, flawless. The second was not. Initially they could not find the reservation and when they finally did find it then they had several questions that were not asked the first time. The second check in they said they required two forms of ID when asked why then they changed their mind. The second time they required a higher amount to hold on credit card than the first check in. When asked why they didn’t have answer. There was lots of talking amongst themselves and check in took over 25 minutes before they handed over the room key.

very nice hotel
This is a very nice hotel. We can imagine that we'd use it again. Things worked smoothly, location is quite good in south Delhi next to CityWalk Mall. There were no real issues with service at the hotel, but the staff at breakfast seemed kind of like zombies. Not very friendly and really not very attentive. It was all easy to manage.
