Hope automated check-in has been smoother. the issues I encountered included difficulty in booking retrieval due to name spelling (their system combined my first and middle name and failed to recognise that) and translation inaccuracy (English), I was asked to "show my passport to a copying machine" and what the machine really wanted was a passport scan of the second guest in the same room. Luckily, the hotel had enough staff around to help out. Hotel is clean and new compared to the older hotels in Osaka, I have hoped the rooms to be slightly bigger given the room rates were not cheap. I reserved interconnecting rooms but found the doors were somehow locked so ended up still 2 separate rooms for a family so slight trouble in walking back and forth. Cleaning service available every 3 days. Lift service is a pain at 10am check-out, so if a guest is in a hurry, please allow at least extra 15 mins in your itinerary.
TV in room provides all info about the hotel and is interactive, although I didn't use that service.
My family stayed 5D4N and found almost-the-same breakfast items, hope the hotel can bring in more varieties. Coffee uses freshly roasted beans and that is exceptionally good for someone who needs a good cup of coffee to start the day.
