Room maintenance: a black color tape next to the main door lock , door is not black color, looks like labeling my room is different, but found out the door paint is peel off so put a 10 cm black tape to cover. Very brilliant. Shower room door cannot close fully since the floor is cracked.
2. Efficiency: I would like to extend my room for one night, but asked Front desk the price is higher than I booked in Expedia, so I extended my booking in Expedia, had to wait for 15 mins for renewal the room key, but the night before I already informed I will extend and with the confirmation code, can this proceed being more faster
3. Hosuekeeping/room assignment : no vacuum properly , towel texture too rough, and the night that I extended and back found out room only take out towels and clearing trash, rest did not touch, I am confused why room only clean practically and expecting answer back but until I check out, still no one answe me, system showed it is clean and I was only offered to change room or to clean the room right away at 8am on the night I need to sleep earlier for my tommorrow early morning bus
4. Room design: cannot find how to call down to service center or front desk extension , have to go down with pajama (very embrassing) and to queue to ask for towels
5. Neighborhood: horrible street in Rio
I stay in south America for 2 months in all 3 star hotel , I really doubt about what is 3 star hotel only in this ibis.
