Laura at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast wait staff were slow and didn’t seem to speak much English. Bed was comfortable.

A wonderful boutique hotel just a block from the canal and about 5 minutes walk to the center. Lots of restaurants available nearby. Safe to walk around. Dining indoors and outdoors option in hotel. Very comfortable

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Narbonne
Charming boutique hotel in the center of Narbonne. Lactation couldn’t be better The hotel itself is lovely and elegant. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The manager was very gracious and a wealth of information We will absolutely stay there again.

This hotel is run like a Ritz Carlton. The surroundings are refined, but it is the staff that drives that feeling of absolute luxury. I chose this hotel because they had a perfect 10 score - something I've never encountered - but it is well deserved. It is so charming here, that it feels a bit surreal. It feels like a movie set. I can't recommend it enough.

Très bel hôtel , belle prestation . Accueil très sympa , près du centre historique et pas loin de la gare . Belle piscine dommage que je n ai pas pu en profiter à cause retard de 8 h sncf !!!tout est très soigné et l équipe est très gentil. Un havre de paix dans la ville
