Do Not Stay At Hotel PF
There were several major issues with our stay culminating with us being kicked out if the property after an altercation with someone who was not a guest of the hotel who we had reported to the hotel. Hotel PF did not properly maintain its policies on having visitors leave identification with the front desk and it led to the police being called for something that hotel secutity could have easily handled if they would have followed through with their stated policy of removing persons from the property once 2 complaints were filed. The staff does not listen to concerns outside of sending towels to the room, anything else is beyond then. My friend was assaulted in the hallway while trying to get into our room and rather than listen to us or review the security footage from the camera on the floor Hotel PF called the police and had us removed from the hotel before dealing with the offenders. One of the absolute worst hotel experiences i have ever had
