We stayed for two nights (7/20, 21) in room 123 of this hotel. The bathtub in this room cannot hold water for a bath due to a loose stopper, and the water drains within five minutes. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi signal in this room. We informed the front desk the morning after our first night, and they said they would send a maintenance person to check it out. When we returned to the room, we showed the issue to an employee, and he said he would think of a solution, but it remained unresolved when we returned later that night. During checkout, we mentioned the problem again to the front desk, but they repeatedly argued that it was a misunderstanding and the water flow was the issue. We clarified that we had spoken directly with the maintenance person, but the front desk insisted that only their input mattered, claiming ignorance. There seems to be a communication problem within their staff, and they are putting the responsibility on us. If you are assigned room 123, we strongly recommend requesting a room change.
