It's an overpriced 2-star motel. Two reasons why: it is right on the lake with a private beach, and it's centrally located.
But IMO you don't get what you pay for. For $230 a night, I would want hot water in the shower (never got it even warm), a heater that doesn't wake you up like a lawn mower every 15 minutes, a 25 F draft coming through the door like an open window, and beds that you can feel the springs.
Probably a better option in summer, and only for one night.
