You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel feels very old and dirty. The elevator door is the first indicator of the poorly maintained nature of the hotel. The corridors and rooms smell and the back stairs (the way to get out to the various sides of the hotel) are clearly never vacuumed.
There is a (now) chargeable laundry service in the hotel. Boy, what an effort to get that started. They like to make life difficult and I am pleased to report they have excelled in the task. The breakfast area is relatively small given the size of the hotel, but if you like eating the same food every day, then I suppose that's ok too.
Having stayed in several brands of suites, I would avoid this one.
