I recently stayed at Caesars in Atlantic City, and it was such a disappointing experience that I will never stay there again.
First, it was a hassle just to get my reservation changed. It took far too much time and effort to sort out something that should have been straightforward.
When we finally arrived, we were told the elevators were broken, and as a “solution,” we were offered an upgrade. However, we were required to pay for it—how is that an upgrade?
Next, my wife signed up for the rewards program and received a free parking pass. When we attempted to use it, we were told we still had to pay for parking. How exactly is it free if there’s still a charge?
Then came the state of the room. It was not properly cleaned, as there were belongings left behind from previous guests. On top of that, the ironing board was broken and literally fell into two pieces when I tried to use it. To make matters worse, the iron was also broken and spilled water all over my clothes. I couldn’t even iron properly.
Overall, this was an incredibly disheartening experience, from the lack of professionalism to the broken promises and poor room conditions. Caesars Atlantic City has left such a bad impression that I will never return.
