O atendimento foi péssimo. Nunca havia ninguém na recepção, tendo que esperar por 30 minutos para alguem aparecer. O quarto era sujo e tive que conviver com baratas, mesmo colocando papel nos ralos, sempre apareciam. Cheiro de mofo mesmo deixando as janelas abertas e ficando com insegurança. Nao havia microondas e nao disponibilizaram facas como talheres. No mais a localização era excelente e sempre havia vaga no estacionamento. Sério! Nunca reservem este hotel! A sua experiência será péssima! Pelo menos estornaram o pré depósito no cartão de crédito. Achei que perderia os $100.

DO NOT BOOK HERE
When we arrived the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The security guard informed us the receptionist was doing laundry and will be back as soon as she can. The security guard then called the receptionist on his phone and she informed him on the phone that there are no rooms available and acknowledged that they are overbooked. Neither employees offered help and just stated that this is Hotel.com's issue and I should deal with them. Although I have not seen inside of the room, the lobby appeared to be dirty and outdated. I drove around the hotel property and its appearance is nothing like the picture. The pictures in Hotels.com is nothing like the actual hotels appearance and VERY misleading. The hotel is on a very busy street corner and there were people loitering in the parking lot, outside the lobby, and some are just sitting in their cars, some do not appear to be hotel guests and just loitering in the parking lot.. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

I didn’t get a room. The front lady said the hotel was overbooked and told me to get a refund and walked out on me. I had a nice lady from Hotels.com, Meiling help me get another hotel room.

Las fotos que tienen del lugar las habitaciones en la publicidad no son lo que uno encuentra al llegar. El sitio es horrible las habitaciones sucias, viejas, el olor a humedad es demasiado. El lugar es muy peligroso con personas indigentes al rededor. No hay desayuno solo un café. La limpieza es horrible. Jamás me volveré a quedar en este tipo de hoteles de esta cadena. Ofrecen una publicidad engañosa.

If this is family I must be adopted,,,
I was charged a deposit and it's not noted until you try and check in. I booked a room at 1am online and paid, but was unable to get my room until 6pm cause i didnt have the money. I'm homeless and my 7yr old granddaughter had no place and even upon calling corporate did nothing. I've requested a downstairs unit and never got it, Customer service is horrible and i do mean extremely horrilble.

There were no handicap accessible rooms available for my disabled family member or accommodation near an elevator. Grab and go breakfast was not available. The room was dirty and the rug kept getting stuck under the doir which prevented us from getting in or out of the room. We advised the front desk but it was never taken care of during our 3 night stay.

They charged me a 100$ deposit and it still hasn’t been returned. The toilet didn’t work the outlets didn’t work the fridge had roaches and it had a damp mold smell and feel. I changed rooms and got a bathroom that worked but again the outlets no work and German roaches the front desk doesn’t care she is understaffed anyway

At the door it smelled like pee asked for a room change but was given the run around. Promised to change it the next day which never came Spent 2 days without a shower because of how dirty the shower was The stove had only one part working The floor was visibly dirty not even swept Couple next door had the cops called on them because the were fighting all night long.. This place is a joke should be $1 fee to stay there Never again

Soon as I get to the hotel to check in, they tell you that there’s $100 deposit even though on the website there is no deposit. soon as you walk in the room could smell mold very strongly, and if you look at the kitchen, everything was falling apart on the cupboards. I walked into the bathroom and it looked like somebody used the bathroom right before we got in there. There was a towel on the sink unfolded and a towel on the floor in front of the shower. I also didn’t like that. I had a pounding on my door at 9 o’clock in the morning asking if I was checking out or staying another night when my check Check out completely states that I was leaving today. I did not need a personal alarm clock
