If you drive a car, be careful to park in front of the hotel, its a very narrow one way drive. The concierge will help you move your car and grab it out from the car park when you need it. our rental car got hit after it was parked by the concierge in front of the hotel at the parking bay and still 6 weeks pass the insurance company still waiting for the third party response. Will not come back next time. Told the hotel claim team, the hotel don't have a cctv at the front door (when we ask they say they don't have), doesn't had a concierge at the front, the concierge desk is about 8 meter away from the entrance, during the morning peak hour about 9am no one at the front door either how would that do any good with the traffic at this narrow one way drive road. When i was talking to the hotel claim team and suggest this tVery disappoint with the IHG claim team says it's our responsibility
