Good.
I had a great stay but I must say it was not what I had expected. Details: - Very comfortable mattress, which is important for the purpose of this trip - Exceptional choice of tea (could not tell about the coffee pods) - Exceptional choice of toiletries - Generous towels (I have this eccentric habit about towels) - Streamlined design but overall a bit too cold for me―not the room temperature but the style - I would like to make the digital check-in code is absolutely safe for each customer.

Pleasant experience
I stayed for 4 days and everything was very pleasant! I didn't spend a lot of time on their app to know what I was doing but the app has dining recommendations and also has an Uber/Lyft tab. The staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable with a bay window overlooking main Street. There is a bar and a restaurant on the top floor Vietnamese cuisine only open from 5 to 11 pm and going outside you can smell a sweet smell of candy with the Tootsie roll plant kitty corner of the hotel. I did find it odd that check in was 4 but there's plenty of things to do in town to kill time. They are about a block from the subway that I got to learn pretty fast especially coming from a state that barely has any public transit (Utah) but everything was within walking distance from the subway. I recommend and plan to go back and stay there again real soon

Stayed 8 nights in the King room. Housekeeping is on request and charges applied if you request for more than 1 time. The elevator is not restricted to hotel guest anyone can access thus not safe. We are not aware that the reception will not accept any package delivery for the guest staying in the hotel and had packages send to the address. Packages rejected and cause many inconvenience to us. This is at best a motel, so for those looking for hotel please be aware.

Fancy without practicality
Trying to be fancy without practicality- no service - lengthy account setup and not that clean linen. The location is great for business in Cambridge - and if you go to the lobby level restaurant, don’t order the celery octopus (worst in a long time), but the rest of the food is ok. Overall, probably choosing other options in the future

Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm.

No employees here, check in sucks
Overall, not great. Check in is contactless which they somehow made so complicated that when we arrived there was a lobby full of people on their phones figuring out how to check in. Once you check in, there’s no room key but a code for your door. That’s fine, but it’s EIGHT digits and not easy to remember, so you better hope you don’t get locked out of your room without your phone, because there’s no one in the lobby to let you back in to your room. As for the room itself, it’s fine. Small and tidy but nothing to write home about and certainly not worth the cost. The one thing I did like was the location. Super walkable and lots of restaurants nearby

Sonder 907 is in a fantastic location, right in Cambridge and surrounded by an array of bars, restaurants, and cafes. The building itself is beautiful, and the lobby is clean and stylish. The room was small and had nice design elements. The Roman shades on the windows looked nice, but they did not effectively block out the morning sun. Unfortunately, the shower was disappointing, with water barely trickling out and no pressure. During our three-night stay, we didn’t receive any housekeeping and had to request clean towels. Would not stay again.

This was a great stay the receptionist was so nice she made conversation with us and was so helpful. The room was great it was pretty clean! Loved the view and it wasn’t bad. There was some hair in the shower and bed nothing to bad but for those who are a little bit on the cleaner side that might be a no for you. Other than that it was a beautiful stay. !
