I spent only one night. The lady who helped me with check in was ok but the lady on the next morning for check out had the WORST attitude. I kindly requested a late check out (regular check out is at 11am and my flight was at 4pm). With a really BAD attitude she told me NO! After I insisted she allowed me to check out at 11:30, however I would get charged for “late” check out. I came back to the hotel at 11:03am. Could not access my room bc the key had been already deactivated. After waiting in line to get the jet re-activated to go in the room pick up my things and check out, it was 11:17am and still I got charged $25 for “late” check out for ONLY 17 minutes… as for the room, it was FILTHY. There was a chewing gum (still not hard) on the night stand and a huge fly on the bathroom. The room smelled really bad

The ceiling was cracked and in need of immediate service and there were bugs, yes bugs crawling on the ceiling as well

Clean enough. But police on premises both nights, fights, people screaming and banging on doors. Felt very unsafe. Police radios heard both nights.

I paid for premium room. It was NOT premium. None of the amenities of a premium room. On top of that the room was full of stink bugs. The clerk argue with me. Then she put us in a room that had no remote for the TV or a ice bucket for ice. The ice machine did not work. I am a regular there and this was the worst experience I ever had there. When I went the next morning and the manager was there she was very unfriendly and knew what happened to me. Not even apology. Will not be returning. I want a refund. No rooms were premium for what I paid for.

Instant hot water, cold mini fridge, microwave, cold AC and the bed is comfortable. Definitely worth the daily rate they charge.
