Great stay, fantastic service
Property is really great. It’s located in the Habana Center (not Old Habana), so get ready to walk a lot or get a cab. Place itself is nice and clean and very authentic, I loved the esthetic. Stuff is very very helpful, they easily figured out my check in and check out issues (my flight was delayed), taxis, money exchange. Check in and check out policy is very flexible and guest friendly, which was a lifesaving for me. Food is also great. They offer lobster for 10 usd and let me tell you - it was fresh and delicious lobster. Room is clean and comfortable, a/c works, wi-fi works (just a dollar a day). I’m very happy with my choice and definitely be coming back in case I’m in Habana again.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich inmitten der pulsierenden Stadt in der ruhigen Wohnoase richtig zuhause. Die Unterkunft wird stets von Security beaufsichtigt und es ist immer eine Ansprechperson anwesend. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen Safe und man kann Extras wie Bügeleisen oder Fön kostenlos ausleihen.

Los colchones y las almohadas eran incómodos en alguna de las habitaciones que nos alojamos. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Bien el aire acondicionado y ventiladores en las habitaciones. Buenas conexión wifi.

Un superbe séjour !
J’ai séjourné 3 nuits au sein de la Casa, le personnel est juste superbe toujours au petit soin et souriant. David est très gentil et toujours à l’écoute. Je suis partie seule mais j’ai pu faire de superbe rencontre à la Casa ! De plus, l’emplacement est génial, à seulement 10 min à pied du Capitole. Vraiment je recommande à 100% !

Excellent séjour
Des chambres spacieuses et propres, un petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux, avec des produits frais et très variés, un repas délicieux le soir, un très bon emplacement dans un quartier populaire proche du centre historique. Beautiful house, conviniently located within walking distance to all attractions..It is located in a real Cuban part of Havana where locals live. We felt safe without any isdues and we waked everywhere. Spotless clean casa, hard working staff who are friendly and supportive. Amazing preordered lunch and great cheaf! Our last lunch before our way to the airport was absolutely fantastic , chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, salad, fruit....the best meal we have ever had on any of our joyrneys. They can arrange transportation, exchange money for a good rate. David the owner is always available, great communication from the start, before we made our journey to Havana, until the end. We spent all together 5 nights. We higly recommend this property and those lovely people. I would only recommend improving breakfast. It was a buffet syle and it mainly consisted of different types of jam, different types of cakes, fruit, cooked potato, one type of cheese but no sausages or ham .Eggs were only served on request, but limited to 2. When we asked for 3 eggs for my son who could not eat any bread or cakes as being gluten intolerant, it was an issue. We were told 2 eggs only, by a recepcionist, so we had to go for the breakfast somewhere else where that was not a problem, and there were more choices, so we did. Regardless of that, we loved the property and its people.
