A decent hotel with lots of perks!!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a suite with a separate living room w/pull out couch, bedroom & kitchen area. The carpet throughout is in dire need of replacement and 2 of the 4 elevators were down, but aside from that, we slept well on the comfy king bed and generous/comfy pillows. The free hot breakfast bar with the made to order eggs was yummy with lots of good selections. Another nice perk is the complementary happy hour with 2 free drinks. The indoor pool and hot tub was great, and just enough equipment in the gym to get a decent workout. We took advantage of it all! We were coincidentally there during the So Cal fires and saw how many people checked in with their pets. The staff were all very nice and accommodating during this difficult time.

Not the best stay.
My toilet was clogged. I had a service man come up and try and clear it and he said he did but my daughter used the bathroom and it clogged again. My shower filled with water when I showered and we had to wait for it go back down before my daughter could shower. There was hair and something brown on the bathroom floor. The ac was not working at all I slept with the slider open in order to cool down the room for my daughter to be comfortable. I complained and called the office and they said it working fine by still never cooled down so we turned it off.

THEY DON'T CLEAN AND LEAVE YOUR ROOM DOOR OPEN.
Unfortunately our room was dirty and my door was left open all day after cleaning crew went to clean it. We left our room at 6am and didn't get back until 11pm and when we went to open the door the door was left open we pushed the door and it opened up. I called the front office and all they said was I'm sorry maids probably left open after they "cleaned" which they didn't clean it was still dirty. They just asked if we had anything stolen which fortunately we didn't. But I expected more from the hotel but whatever. I would not stay here again.

Very disappointed
Bathroom was in disrepair. The floor was dirty and worn, the picture in the bathroom had mold on it. The toilet paper holder fell off of the wall. The bathroom had paint chipping off the wall.

Eggs for breakfast? Well maybe not actual eggs.
It’s a great hotel for the price but we would have preferred a closer location to the amusement parks. Also if they would have had real eggs for the included breakfast, that would have been nice.

NO RECOMENDABLE
Completamente decepcionado, te vas con la impresion del lobby los cuartos son MUY VIEJOS MUY SUCIO, PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN EN FRONT DESK mala atencion en desayunos en especial el sr armando que SI NO LE DAS PROPINA no te hace el favor de hacerte un huevo, aunque es un servicio del buffete, y todo lo que se acaba en el bufete y pides que te traigan más la respuesta es no hay, no hacen la limpieza, y cuando la hacen la hecen mal, ejemplo la cama no la tienden solo estiran la sábana y no aspiran el cuarto no te cambian toallas no te dejan más jabón, no te dejan más café, 3 días pidiendo la limpieza, y si te quejas la respuesta es SON LAS POLICAS DEL HOTEL la terraza tiene años sin limpiarse, la ventana no cierra por lo que el frío se mete, el mosquitero completamente roto, no sirve el aire acondicionado En el servicio q te ofrece al reservar te dice que hay un camión que te lleva a Disney, y ese camión es el camión colectivo subo fotos Es excesivamente caro para recibir un muy mal servicio estuve 5 noches NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Poor cleaning
On pictures it looks good, but the rooms smells bad and it’s old and very poor cleaning. We ask for a different room because the one they give us smells bad, they give us a different room and it was dirty, there was trash under the sofa, we end up using Clorox wipes to clean it.

1st Time Disney Stay
Plumbing reeked in our room: Hotel Needs renovations badly and housekeeping routinely completed. Receptionists helped as much as possible. Elevators were not working properly. The suites were spacious for a family and hotel was decorated for the holiday, daily breakfast was nice.

Uncomfortable Mattresses
The hotel was convenient but outdated; our room was never serviced during our Thursday - Sunday stay. We had to get towels from the front desk. While the greater area was clean, the halls near the rooms had little trash outside of rooms. There were salt and pepper packets outside of rooms the entire stay meaning no one was cleaning when picking up people’s trash outside their rooms. The hotel is outdated and could use a renovation. The mattresses were horrible. It had some good things but these stood out.
