TERRIBLE SERVICE
since the time we arrived, the line to check in was super long, and people coming in to check in and seeing the long line, where hanging out in the front "to ask a quick question" but it was actually to check in. When it was my turn after 2 hours of waiting in line, I told the young lady that they need it to put some type of control in the line, because it was not fair for people waiting and others just walking up and cutting the line. To take the elevators, we had to wait at least ½ an hour. Hour sink was leaking, I reported to the cleaning lady and she reported it right away, but she forgot to leave us towels, when they came to fix the sink I told the 2 men about not having any towels, one of them radio to report it and the towels never came, I called about 50 times at the front desk and was never picked up, the answer machine would pick up after several rings, instructing to leave a message, but was unable because it was full. The next morning I tried again and after the 10th time someone picked up and I told her I felt as if I had won the lottery because she picked up, I continue by telling her that I could of went to get the towels myself but that I didn't want to wait for an hour to get back to my room. The towels showed 45 minutes after, one thing for sure is that I will never stay at this hotel. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
