This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. This time I received a message that only self-checkin is available, however it didn’t work for me. Fortunately there was staff to help and everything was done smoothly. Staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is next to JR station, great for anyone who’s flight is at Haneda Airport.

Terrible breakfast time
For a businessman, time is money, the breakfast time of the hotel is terrible. Because the customers are too many than the restaurant can support, so every morning the breakfast time is a nightmare. If you are in a hurry in the morning you have to give up the breakfast. The hotel should provide a solution for the problem to compensate the lost of the customers.
The location is convenient. However, the hotel room is small, I was assigned to a room which has bad smell in the toilet and I have to swap room. This took me some time as staff was not able to arrange the room for me and ask to be back later. After talking to another staff she is able to arrange right away.
The room is small and I can clearly hear noises in the next room, people walking around the corridor and door closing.
