This property did not match the description or pictures. I was one of only two guests in the whole hotel. Everything was old and outdated. Not well maintained. The staff weren’t very friendly either. Leaking faucet. Cracked window. Rusted balcony rails. No operational pool bar.

We were shock !!!! Ghost hotel !! Only us !!! So unpleasant !! Pay attention that all the reviews are from 2018 ,before covid, the hotel did not recovered. It's nice facility, but only 4 rooms with guests. And more expensive then a hotel in the main area,with open restaurant and activities. Staff ? No one were there to check us out !! Scary experience.

- inaccurate dated pictures. Hotel has been let go, let down. - no access to ice - having set room at do not disturb, didn’t have room cleaned. When requested our water bottles, was firstly asked to pay. - limited buffet breakfast not warmed by food warmers (only one) - no hot water which they “flipped the breaker” after me inquiring on and on .. 8 hours after my first inquiry and continued insistance. Asked other guests which the confirmed not having hot water. They offered beer as compensation for the lost of booking extra for a room with a bath the we could not use. We spent like 150$ CAD more over 2 nights for the room with that unusable bath.

Lever højt på lokationen. Udemærket værelse, med små mangler, som en dør til altanen der ikke ville låse (der var dog pengeskab) og et blandingsbatteri der kun kunne lava og is, og ikke rigtigt noget indimellem. Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. Men det mest udtalte var larmen. Der var konstant støj og man kunne høre naboer og folk på gangen hele tiden (dårligt lydisoleret). Men det ligger lige til stranden, det skal det dog have og virkelig en lækker strand.

Zimmer war das Einzige was noch ok war. Umgebung ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. WIFI wie vor 20 Jahren, meistens lief es gar nicht. TV mit drei Sendern. Die Strandlage war gut.

Kauhujen hotelli
Aivan kauheassa kunnossa koko rakennus ja erittäin epäsiisti. Aamupala aivan naurettava. Ilmeisesti omistaja/johtaja nukkui respan sohvalla pyyhe peittonaan. Lisäksi hän oksensi uima-altaaseen. Yleiset tilat kauheassa kunnossa. Lisäksi suihkun sekoittajat eivät toimineet. Siivoushenkilökunta oli iloista ja asiallista porukkaa.

Déçu
Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé hormis la propreté de la literie et équipements de salle de bain qui sont tachés. Des soucis de clim car ça ne voulait pas marché. Pour notre dernier jour, nous n'avions plus d'eau, heureusement le problème a été vite résolu. Sinon, on était seul à l'hôtel, avec la grande piscine, par contre au petit déjeuner nous étions déçu car il n'y a pas trop de choix et peu de choses y sont proposés. Le point positif Koh Samui est une belle île avec plein de belles choses à voir mais l'hôtel reste très moyen avec plein de choses à améliorer pour que le tarif correspondent réellement à ce qui est proposé car là ça ne vaut pas ce qu'on a payé pour son prix élevée.

Centralt läge med bra standard på rummen. Däremot dåligt underhåll av hotellets andra delar, tex där man åt frukost såg det ut som en nerlagd lokal och där man skulle sola vid stranden så var det jättemycket skräp, ogräs, ofräscha solstolar mm. Bra och trevlig personal dock!
