Worst vacation of my life
I wouldn’t recommend a single thing from our stay. We came here for our honeymoon and experienced cockroaches, then fumigation with no warning or consideration for my pregnant wife. Along with water coming in from the ceiling, little to no action from staff when that was reported- to an “upgraded room” for our last night that ended up flooding. Two days of our trip was wasted recovering from the dirty water we were served. Very dangerous and disappointing stay. I strongly regret coming here. Save your money and go elsewhere! Also- be wary of the “vacation consultants” that greet you upon arrival. They will push you to meet with them the very first thing and agree to a 90-minute timeshare sales pitch. They care much more about sales than customers actual experience.

People are very friendly. The staff is there always trying to help the guests so you can have the vacation of your dream . There is no time to get bored. Too many activities to do. Activities for the whole family and for adults . Karaoke, disco, theater, restaurants, pool activities and the beach activities too. The room service is very good. They make your room everyday if you like . In case that you need any assistance or help the staff will be there for you. I met a lot beautiful people at the hotel. I feel that I need more days here in Ocean Riviera Paradise Resort. I was sad to leave today because I felt the love and the warmth of the place.Definitely, I’m coming back for my next summer.

Me and my husband stayed here for 9days to celebrate our honeymoon and we both loved our stay very much! The staff are very friendly and always welling to help.we got the junior suit with the swimup pool and it was beautiful.i loved how clean the room was and it was perfect!! The restaurant options are all very great we went to most of them. I would recommend this resort to everyone!! Either it’s for a celebration or family vaca, the kids part of the resort is so nice the water slides looked like lots of fun.

THE GOOD: most of the team members were GREAT. Our stars are Silvia our room attendant, Raúl, Rosemary & Esteban in Bluemoon. Rodrigo y Jennifer. Amayrali (I think that’s the spelling, maybe autocorrect changed it) she was the bar waitress such a great service. The bartenders (sorry I forgot their names) ALL were GREAT TOO! THE BEST THING WAS THE BALOON ARTIST, HE IS AMAZING!!! I wanted to bring him to our properties (Caesars Entertainment) The rooms are very spacious, love the hand held steamer. Bathroom was nice, toilet separate is a plus. Also the ceiling fan another plus. The food was okay, When we go to Mexico we want to go eat authentic Mexican food. Seafood restaurant great. We can get hamburgers, pizza, Italian where we are from so we went to 5th street in Playa and ate authentic food SO DELICIOUS! The property is okay nothing like Bahía Principe adults only. Here at el Beso you are surrounded by other buildings with kids. The Pool was deteriorated and the water wasn’t blue like in the pictures. We didn’t have access to the beach for adults only; all is mixed adults and kids. Entertainment on Monday at El Beso was horrible meaning the singers, yikes. I rather listen to the cats cry around the property. The rest of the Entertainment was fine, AGAIN we wanted to participate but they had twenty kids in from of us so needless to say we didn’t ride the electric bull. Why they don’t have an area for adults entertainment ONLY and kids in another area. We won’t go back

Animals run around the resort and they are able to open doors and got into our room while we were in the swim up pool to our room. The air conditioning isn’t the greatest but the overall resort is beautiful and it’s not adults only even though it says it is.

We absolutely will be returning! Our stay was amazing. Everyone took very good care of us, and was sure to go out of their way for our needs. The food wasnt too bad, and the drinks were made well. There isnt ocean access, but we were aware with reading through reviews. So not a big deal. The adults only section was nice. It is not completely isolated but the pool with no children was really nice and not hearing them in our room. They had shows and entertainment daily. The cinema was incredible, and the hookah bar/night club was so much fun. Such an amazing stay, Loved it!

All staff were amazing! Made my husband and I feel like home. Elias made our stay memorable, we told him it was our 15yr anniversary and he made it extra special for us in our room. Set it up so beautifully. Any concerns we needed he helped us right away. We appreciate everything he did for us. Only thing I can say the rooms did not get cool enough. And there’s only some parts that’s adults only.

My wife and I stayed in the El Beso area, Lisandro was our conceirge, from Sunday to Thursday in June 2024. Overall we enjoyed our trip. The resort is large and about 45 minutes from the airport. Good: - Many restaurants options, we prefered the al carte options but the buffet was still good. Blue Moon, if you are staying in El Beso and Pez Vela were great. We were invited to the Chef's table which was amazing if they offer this you will not be disappointed and you will not leave hungry. - Mike coffee is great for basic coffee drinks, smoothies, and pastries. - The pool bars were a fun time, even in the rain. - The trolley brings you to both ends of the resort with stops in between. -Massages felt amazing, I would highly recommend. Bad: - We had a 90 minute presentation, because we booked through Expedia, where we were suppose to received 2 massages and a bottle of tequila. The presentation lasted 2.5 hours. We received our 2 massages but when asked about the tequia the message I received for 3 days straight "My boss has to bring them over, I will see you in the lobby and I will give it to you". - The connection with the app can sometimes be very slow and any reservations have to be made before 5pm for certain restaurants, except the Hibachi that has to be done in person in front of the Buffet. - The El Beso area the pool did not have any entertainment compared to the surrounding pools, music was played there only one day. I was expecting more energy.
