Our room was really close to the roof so we could not stand up all the way in the room. Furthermore, there were only two tiny windows in the ceiling where one of them had a broken blind, leaving the room really dark. We could also hear the pigeons and seagulls walking around and making noises from the roof in the room. We had a dirty water glass in the room at check in which was never cleaned nor changed during the stay. We had to call the front desk at 3.30 pm and remind them to have the house keepers stop by to clean the room. Multiple electrical outlets did not work, the beds sliding apart during the night, the floor was broken and so was the table in the bathroom holding the sink. Front desk is open from 9-5, but when calling them at 4.45 pm to have them help us get a taxi to the airport the next morning, nobody answered. It felt very old and outdated but had a great location at least.

Ruime kamer met uitzicht over straatje. Mijn vader (74) vond het heerlijk om in de vensterbank zijn thee te drinken en naar buiten te kijken. Fijn dat er één gedeelde keuken/ woonkamer was en drie dakterrassen. Enige nadeel: het bed was heel hard. Alles op loopafstand en daarmee een perfecte plek.

Great location. There was restoration work happening outside the front entrance when we stayed which made accessing the building a bit difficult at times but overall it was a great little studio in a fantastic location and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Area was good. Place was not the cleanest and had a smell. Building was run down. The real kicker was the awful staff. During our stay, our cleaning lady left the door of our apartment/room wide open for God knows how long while cleaning and when we retuned we waiting an additional 30 minutes to see if she planned on returning. She never returned and we also found that the room had no been properly replenish with toiletries including toilet paper. When we confronted the front desk staff, they called the cleaning lady and spoke Italian. After the call, which he had in front of us, he informed me “I told her that she needs to be careful and it won’t happen again in the future”, not knowing that I spoke Italian and responded that he did not say any of that. An older man next to him interjected “what do you want me to do? Kill her? There’s nothing I can do. If you’re missing something let me know and I’ll just claim my insurance.” They did not have any empathy, and were flat out rude. Not even offering the smallest amount of compensation given the fact that our valuables were left exposed for potentially hours. Awful service

When you see the place for the first time: The front door is down an scary ally. When you first go in the door it looks like the place is fall apart, the walls have water damage, thers unknown water falling down in front of the elevator. The first room: There is a shared living room, thats an Okay size with a table and an sofa. It's okay.. but most of the space is used for bags with dirty clothing. Bedroom: Its okay. The size is fine and the bed is a little too hard for our taste but its okay :) The view is walls and a water tank. Bathroom: Too small! Im a medium size person (eu size) and i could not stand in the shower without the door open. If your plus size you want even get threw the glass door. And the smell from the drains is awfull. - at the beginning we didn't understand why the floor towl where placed over the drain, in the shower. The next morning.. we knew why! The roof: Not worth visiting, unless you like to look at other buildings rooftops and walls. But Okay for a beer and a smoke. After all: Its cheap in the middle of rome, the people at the reception (with is not even in the same building) is nice, if you dont care for champagne and bathtops but actually is in Rome to see the town! - Its a good choice. (Unless your plus size.. then you Cant shower)

Vi kommer frem, og værelset ligner ikke nogle af dem, som der er billeder af på nettet. Der er ingen form for naturligt lysindfald, da det eneste vindue i rummet leder ind i en elevatorskakt. Derudover var værelset ikke særligt rent. Gulvet var beskidt og fedtet, hvor man fik beskidte fødder af at gå på. Glas, tallerkener mm var ikke rengjort ordentligt, og køleskabet virkede heller ikke. Dog er beliggenheden et plus - tæt på alle ting.

Hotel room was dark. No natural lifght. The windows opened to a dingy outside wall. A bit of a stress to get too as check in was off site and taxi couldn’t travel the full way to hotel. Hotel was not as pictured. Housecleaning moved our towels that were hanging and instead of changing hung up bunched up so they were still wet when we returned at night. The bathroom was newly renovated and great water pressure. The view from the terrace upstairs was lovely and the location unbeatable so worth the inconveniences. Check out process was easy. Simply left the keys in the room as requested.
