Firstly, when we conducted check-in, they tried to get cash from us, even though we have already paid the all of accommodation fee, through Hotel.com. It seemed that they intentionally tried to receive the money as their personal tip, and when they recognized they failed (I explained that *I have already paid through Hotel.com*), they just said *Sorry*. I think they had some success experiences that they could duplicated accommodation fee, by this trial. I was unpleasant from the beginning. Secondly, A restaurant manager strongly recommend us to choose the buffet, even though we denied many times, due to our queries. He just prioritized his profit and he never respect us. Finally he gave up to change our mind, but he never show professional attitude and just showed childish attitude (after that he just ignored us totally). We were strongly uncomfortable in the restaurant. From those reason, I don’t recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone at all.
