We stayed here for 3 nights prior to joining a group tour, and it is a very typical style of hotel used by group tours. Breakfast was fine. The bottled water provided in the lobby was regularly empty. The location was sketchy and had nothing very close by for dinner when we arrived at 8pm. There was no air circulation in the room except for a small window that opened. The temp was fine except for immediately after using the shower, at which point the whole room became a sauna. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The 2 young Colombian ladies could speak English well. I would go back there a second time since it is right in the heart of the old district. The hotel is only a few blocks from Plaza Bolivar and all the museums. Everything can be reached by foot.

Probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in but the bed was really comfortable and the shower had hot water straightaway and great pressure. Also after these nights in the single room I also stayed in a twin room as is the first night of G Adventures Classic Columbia trip. I was concerned how two strangers would fit in such a small room but the twin room is a lot bigger. Hotel Regina has really friendly and helpful staff, it's an easy walk to buses or the main squares.

El hotel es pequeño y bonito, sin embargo las camas son muy duras, en la habitación no había agua, tiene una cocina pero hay que solicitar todos los utensilios, no había toalla de manos, una de las ventanas no cerraba bien.

Great location, steps from the Emerald Trade Center, very close to the Gold Museum and in the middle of the Candelaria neighborhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants, currency exchange offices close by. Clean rooms, good mattress and pillows. Overall a great place to stay for the price. The staff was very accommodating. I got a room before the checking time. I booked it through Expedia and the reservation included free breakfast but the hotel did not recognize it. Make sure you bring a copy of the reservation stating the free breakfast.

Pior experiencia da vida. O Hotel e bem localizadobpara turismo mas a seguranca e pessima. Nobiltimo dia de nossa estada solicitei na recepçao jara deixar minhas malas e pertences guardafos papa poder aproveitar duas horas antes da saida. Perguntei s etimham local para guardar as malas pq tinha visto nobdia anteroor algumas na recepção. Caso nao tivessem iroa deixar no quarto de amigos que ainda ficaram no hotel. Foo me informadobpela recepcionista que sim. Que tinham um quartobpara giardar. SAIMOS E QUANDO REGRESSAMOS 2 HORAS DEPOIS AS MALAS ESTAVAM NA RECEPCAO ONDE DEIXAMPS E TIMHA DESAPARECIDO MINHA MOCHILA COMBPERTENCES ROUPAS E OUTROS PRODUTOS. Ciko nao encontravam apos uns 30 minutos de enrolacao foram ver as cameras e verificaram que havia sido roubada por um casal que entrou no hotelnpara esse fim. Ppis me afirmaram que essas pessoas sao profissionais e ja costumama fazer isso na regiao. O que me ofereceram foi noites de hjtel gratia ou alimetaçao que naobpoderia usar pq iria sair naquele dia. Tentei que dividissenos o prejuizo ma snaonobtive resposta ate agora. A ultima repsosta que tive do Sr Alexander que era o gerente é que naobteve repsosta doa donos e que ja nao trabalha mais no hote. Lamentavelmente esse acontecimento nao mudou o comportamento dos funcionarios, pois tive indormacao de amigos que nos dias seguintes o colportamento era o mesmo. Deixam as malas na teceocao memso tendo um local para guardar. Entao se nao quer ser roubado nao se hospede aqui.

The hotel was nice and very central. The elevator was interesting haha. Definitely not made for more than 2 people with luggage. The best part of the hotel was their rooftop terrace, so beautiful. The room was kinda small and the tv didn’t work properly and wifi was very spotty. The hotel is in a central location with tons of places to shop and eat.

If you can get a room on a higher floor it is nice and quiet. I stayed on the second floor where I could hear reception as well as the street noise and then also on the fourth floor facing the garden where it was extremely quiet. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but good.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. The location could not be more perfect. Access to restaurants and transit is right outside the door. Lots of street entertainment and a market only blocks away. The walk of murals is also within a short walk.
