It is an old motel that is being updated. I did find out the name of the evening desk clerk is Phillip! He was so friendly and accommodating! May not be the nicest place I've ever stayed, but it met all our needs. For the price, I would stay again.

The rooms were clean. The floors are nice. The bathrooms are clean. They just need to work on a few mechanical things like the showerhead thing is broken and in the first room I rented because I rent there every week. The door handle was loose and the door wouldn’t lock properly so a little mechanical things I need to work on, but the place was clean. Staff was nice. The parking is good and it’s in a convenient location.

When we first arrived I questioned if my GPS brought us to the right location it looks abandoned and there is a closed restaraunt in the front. Staff were nice and friendly the 3 I met that is. First room smelled like someone smoked in there for 15 years then they put a paint of coat and called it good, there were like 5 dogs in the room next door that our room was attached to with a door smaller then the frame so the dogs sounded like they were barking in our own room and they barked at the slightest noise which this place is on either said of 2 highways so we didn't get much sleep that night. The worst part of that room was no hot water and the toilet is very short, felt like it took 2 minutes just sitting down on it and your knees are in your chest. So I wanted a discount and they wouldn't give me that option but they did move me to a new room. The second room was pretty decent in comparison it was a handicap room so it had a lot of space and it did have hot water. But the beds are hard. But it's a cheaper place to stay so my expectations weren't all that high to begin with.

The hotel room was clean and close to downtown Worcester, and the price was good. The grounds of the hotel are depressing and run-down; when I asked for another blanket they said they didn't have any; and a woman a few doors down played loud rap music for several hours.
