Everything was beyond expected. Staff was SUPER friendly and everything was clean. They also respond fast to chats. My only regret is that I only planned on staying one day. Definitely staying here again when I come back. And location is next to grocery stores, really hard to beat this place even with a 5 star hotel. This is the 5 star home you want to stay at.

It was a wonderful stay. I was travelling on business and the area was perfect, quiet yet close to the city centre, and peaceful yet near lively squares where you could go for a stroll and have a drink.

Excelente hotel, limpio, moderno, únicamente no hacían limpieza diario, eso no nos dijeron y tuvimos que hacer un pago extra al ingresar; en cuanto a la zona no muy agradable, sucia y con grafiti en las paredes de los alrededores, pero el hotel y sus instalaciones impecables.

The property was very clean in general except the shower didn’t drain properly. Self entrance with the code worked with no issues. Almost no issues with the property… My biggest concern was the location. The neighborhood isn’t great. Our stay was on a Saturday night and the street was very noisy. There was a big group of young adults (I assume students), that drank and chanted (sounded like slogan) until about 2 am. When we stepped out for our taxi to the airport at 4 am in the morning, there were people still strolling the streets, police cars going around, and the whole street was full of trash with empty bottles, glasses, etc. There was a welcome package in the apartment with ear plugs included so I’m assuming it’s a regular scene there. I would not stay there again.
