Muy buena estancia, ubicación excelente La habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y cómoda, con un baño espacioso y aire acondicionado. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, la habitación está muy bien cuidada. Además, realizan limpieza diaria, lo cual se agradece mucho. Hay que prestar atención a las indicaciones que te envían para realizar correctamente el check-in. Es sencillo, pero hay que estar pendiente de los mensajes que mandan. Tanto el check-in como el pago se hacen de forma online, así que con un poco de paciencia se realiza sin problema. Por WhatsApp son muy serviciales y atentos, y te ayudan en todo momento. La ubicación es muy céntrica, a unos 10-15 minutos andando de muchos lugares de interés. Para pasar unos días está genial. En general, una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable para una escapada.

Very clean apartment, great location and lovely views. Only downside was we arrived at 16:00, and the apartment was not ready until 17:30 even though I had specified we would be arriving at 16:00. Apart from that, lovely stay would highly recommend.

Väldigt bra läge och stor lägenhet med trevlig balkong. Städade varje dag och fick nya handdukar. Fanns inte så mycket saker att använda såsom tekokare, glas etc.

Great place that’s centrally located. Only issue was we had no hot water for two days and didn’t get a response about it. Wasn’t aware that cleaners would come in either as it wasn’t a hotel . Otherwise everything was wonderful

Room itself was small but nice; however, be prepared to have a jumpscare when you enter the building. It’s an apartment building that’s pitch black and filled with mosquitos. You will be on the top floor. And Like I said the room was nice and clean though. Just a warning, we made it work though.

日本の方(特に英語が話せない方)には絶対におすすめしません。 Expediaのチャット上でのホテル側(貸主側)への問い合わせは、オンラインチェックイン(税金を払うところ)までは繋がりましたが、それ以降はチャットでの返答はありませんでした。 そのため、Expedia上の地図と実際の場所が異なり、場所を見つけられなかったのですが、問い合わせても返事はなく、初めての街を彷徨い続けました。 ようやく写真に似た外観の建物を見つけましたが、入室に必要な番号キーも事前に教えてもらっておらず、建物の前で立ち尽くしてしまいました。 このまま野宿になると思い、Expediaのサポートセンターにダメ元で問い合わせたところ、番号キーを教えてもらい、入室できました。 ようやくのことで入室できましたが、冷蔵庫はペットボトルもギリギリしか入らない大きさでしたし、ゴミ箱もなく、タオルの交換もなく、設備も十分とは言えないものでした。 立地の割には価格が安かったので、選んでしまいましたが、海外でのホテル選びはもっと慎重にすべきだったと反省しております。

Bem localizado, em área mais residencial, mas com fácil acesso à pé à estação de trem e às atrações turísticas. Não possibilitaram earlier check in e nem se disponibilizaram a guardar nossas malas, então tivemos que recorrer a um serviço externo de depósito de bagagens. As acomodações são novas e bem decoradas, com um adorável terraço. Camas, travesseiros lençóis e toalhas bons. Bom ar condicionado e secador de cabelo. Sentimos falta de ducha higiênica ou bidê, de ganchos de toalha, de porta papel higiênico e, principalmente, de cortina na janela do andar de baixo, no cômodo onde fica o sofá-cama, pois o sol terminava acordando muito cedo quem ali dormiu.

Relation très difficile avec l’opérateur qui gère l’appartement… Moins de 48 heures avant, comme c’est un appartement avec un checking par e-mail pour vous expliquer comment rentrer, j’ai contacté via la messagerie hôtel, ce qui sont sens et le gérer… Et aucune réponse ! Le lendemain, je suis obligé d’appeler le standard d’hôtel.com pour qui m’explique comment faire va à cette non Communication moins de 24 heures avant mon arrivée. Ils arrivent a les joindre Zaho hôtel.com que j’aurais un message sous une heure… Pas une heure, passe trois heures… Aucun e-mail, j’ai été obligé rappelé pour qu’il m’envoie via WhatsApp, le processus qui se trouve était conforme, même si compliqué… Arrivé sur site les explications étaient cette fois correct, mais une fois dans l’appartement le grand écran OLED ne fonctionnait pas ni antenne ni par wi-fi. Je les contacte pour qu’il règle problème. Et apparemment la société prestataire devait s’occuper du problème… Je pars donc à la découverte de Florence pour recevoir un message WhatsApp trois heures après comme quoi je devais être à l’appartement… je leur dit que non, ils me répondent qu’ils vont régler le problème à distance… Je reviens de ma balade et toujours pas de TV sur mon grand écran le OLED… Passe la nuit, le lendemain, je redemande comment va être réglé ce problème, pour avoir une réponse que cela va se faire dans la journée… La balade dans la journée se déroulant, je reviens le soir et toujours pas de télévision qui fonctionne…

Absolutely not recommended for families. Not recommended for people who anticipate needing to be in touch with staff at any time of the day. They shut down at 10PM and you are SOL. If you are going to pull the trigger. Getting insurance is a must.

The location was good- but they tried to change our location last minute, this is hours after I already should have checked in, and I couldn't contact them. Eventually hotels.com managed to get through to them. They tried moving us out of the oldest part of town, then it turns out there is a similar room in the same building. No kettle, and the radiator wouldn't turn off- so so hot. Also, a cleaner unplugged the fridge, I assume for a hoover, and didn't replug it so all our food went bad
