The hotel was fantastic and the staff were lovely Jamila was very sweet loved my Darth Vader impression from Star Wars The location is fantastic it is right in the centre of the red light district and there are sex shops restaurants all that you would ever want to have in a tourist location the best of the best I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again it is a family business and the owner and all the staff are brilliant 👍👍👍👍

The hotel is VERY basic despite the web showing otherwise. Extremely steep stairs (not suitable for the aged or disabled), no lifts, very basic facilities, poor lighting, lumpy beds. It’s also in the heart of the red light district and it’s noisy which isn’t mentioned on the website either. Staff are pleasant enough but it doesn’t make up for the shortfalls.

A recepção e funcionários foram ótimos, fomos muito bem recebidos, porém, não tínhamos entendido que o banheiro era compartilhado. Cada andar tem um banheiro e um chuveiro, isso nos incomodou pois não ficou claro nas fotos. O maior problema foi quando chegamos e havia um homem bêbado dormindo e roncando no banheiro, sem condições! Precisamos ir para outros andares tentar usar o banheiro e tomar banho, NADA prático. As escadas são muito pequenas e íngremes, são perigosas e os próprios funcionários já avisam, ou seja, não é tem acessibilidade. Para famílias não indico pois não é um hotel, o correto seria HOSTEL.

Clean, big room. Would be nice to have hooks and vanity in bathroom to put things on. No chairs or desk. Very noisy as doors shut with a bang and can hear everything in hallway. Steep narrow stairs.

The room was awful! Hair all over the bed, location terrible... Would never stay there again! Avoid at all costs! We ended up getting a new hotel 5 minutes after getting into the room and attempted to get a refund, management were not helpful at all or understanding and it was rejected twice.
