Very nice view from our room. Elevators wasn't working but it was okay wasn't that bad walking up steps to 3rd floor it was quite and room was very nice bed was comfortable. We will be staying there again

The room itself was nice. We were a bit confused as why there was only one nightstand and not all the lights in our room worked. The staff were very nice. There wasn’t a microwave in the room but they showed us the one in the lobby.

The ceiling was peeling,the pool was full of debris.We were charged extra for guest we did not have, Tried to contact hotel. Went online and advise them of the incident they told me to talk to the hotel. Typical run around. We won't be using the hotel or hotel.com on the future. Rick

We stay in Panama a bunch the staff was so accommodating to us we came a day early they got us a room and we stayed a extra day and they let us keep the same room and was so kind just small things to help a vacation would be a place to hang towels and wash clothes in the shower and somewhere to put shampoo and body wash

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was extremely clean which made our stay even better. It had a great view and was in an awesome location. I would definitely stay there again. I wish there was a microwave in the room but other than that it was perfect.
