I was very disappointed in this Premiere Inn. Expensive, no breakfast due to renovation of the restaurant. They have us an inedible green banana and coffee. No voucher or discount. Staff pleasant, convenient location to the WHW. But not worth the expense.

This Preier Inn is in a great location - fairly easy train ride into Glasgow and quick access to head north of the city. The property is nice. In a heat wave, there’s no good way to cool the place down, so after one hot day, the room was too warm for the rest of our stay.

This was a great stay for the night before hiking the west highland way. Although the outside and adjoining facilities look rundown, the room itself was very pleasant, and the check-in staff were friendly, warm, and inviting. Best bedding of the entire trip!

The sample photos must be a few years old, because the building façade and our room were already getting on in years. In our bathroom there were many black mold stains or something like mold on the joints. Something like that really shouldn't be there. But the food and staff were very friendly and nice. I had mushrooms growing in my room. I discovered it in the morning of departure (just one night stay). When I told the lady in the reception all I got was, "Yeah, sorry about that, I'll talk to maitnenace". I also contacted customer service, they said they were sorry about my experience and then told me to take it up with Expedia. I will not stay at the Premier Inn Milngavie again

Good location for start of west highland way. Ten minutes walk to railway station. Restaurant being refurbished and as a result the hotel provided a complimentary light breakfast in lobby
