This was an amazing spot to see everything in Edinburgh! We took the Airline bus from the airport, about a half hour trip, and were dropped off very close to the hotel, but definitely pick up that bus at Waverly Station to go back to the airport as it fills up fast going back. The room was very nice and comfortable, with nice bath products and a strong hair dryer (always tough to find in Europe). The staff were so accommodating and we really enjoyed the free breakfast buffet.

Great location. Easy walk to the castle and Royal Mile. We may have been fortunate to have a room without a castle view. Princes St is a major road for buses and a streetcar. Breakfast is at an adjoining restaurant and well prepared buffet style. Clean room. Opted for a more deluxe accommodation and worth it

The hotel itself I found to be in a nice area, clean, and overall nice property. I stayed a week. Room itself was decent size. Two things I didn’t like: 1. The tub/shower with a high tub and half glass door is stupid design and downright dangerous! A swing open door if you slip on that big step out? Terrible and also no place for soap or shampoo that doesn’t fall. The half door leaked water all over floor. 2. Little open storage and no drawers. Could be easily solved by adding more hooks on wall. Was no place to put suitcases and lots of wasted space.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Premier Inn in Edinburgh. The family room comfortable, large and clean. Only issue we had was a fan noise coming from outside but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel's luggage storage policy is excellent and extremely useful. The breakfast is fantastic—one of the best I have ever experienced. My only comment concerns the air conditioning. Although the weather was not particularly cold, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable at night.
