Great apartment for an overnight stay in Pisa. Clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Kitchen available to use which looked very well equipped. Able to leave our luggage next morning free of charge. We didn't have any personal contact with staff, only emails

Rent och fräscht. Väldigt bra läge. Lite omständlig incheckning som man gör själv. Blev lovad tvåbäddsrum som jag inte fick och de kan inte hjälpa till att beställa taxi till flygplatsen när man har en tidig flight. Men överlag ett jättebra boende och bor här gärna igen nästa gång jag kommer tillbaka.

Rummet var stort och rymligt. Snyggt! Bra ac och sköna sängar. Köket var också stort och rymligt och allt man behövde fanns där. Gullig liten frukosterads där man som växtvärk blev sugen på att göra en insats för växterna som stod där. Bra med kyl och frys när man reser med frysklampar…

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küche wird mit den anderen Zimmern geteilt und war ebenso sauber, aber auch nicht zu üppig ausgestattet. Alles läuft über den Chat, Personal habe ich kein einziges Mal gesehen, was aber kein Problem war, da der Rest reibungslos geklappt hat.

I would highly recommend il genio. The entrance is a little daunting but once you find your bearings the accommodation is faultless. Our room was spotlessly clean and well thought out with simple but effective fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was fabulous. The air conditioning a real bonus in 35 degrees heat. The communal area was well thought out and equipped. Any queries at all were answered instantly by WhatsApp.

This is an excellent property to stay at. Really essentially located. Very modern and well thought out. Lovely decor. Our room was small but excellent value for the price. The check-in instructions seem quite complicated at first, but if you take the time to read them they are thorough. The issue I had with this room was there was a buzzing coming from the fuse box inside the room and because there’s no reception or people on site, it disturbed my sleep without an immediate remedy. The people looking after the Place are very responsive on WhatsApp but again because they’re not there, I struggle to get a taxi in the morning and was fearful of missing my flight. However, if there are not considerations for you, this is an excellent place to stay.
