Overall, this was a good place to stay for a quick trip to the shore. Stayed for 2 nights and It was Reasonably priced
The good: close proximity to boardwalk, free parking, pool access, quick communication via text/app, sorta updated decor
The bad: floor wasnt very clean, no hangers or hooks in the closet (so you have to live out of your suitcase), wifi seemed a little sketchy (non-secured, even though they told me they had a password).

We really enjoyed staying at Ocean’s Edge. You could tell the place was recently renovated and it looked exactly like the pictures. It was close to the boardwalk and rides, but still quiet inside despite the proximity. Our only issue was that the internet/TVs didn’t work sometimes. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again

I met Kyel. He worked at the front desk. I love his service. I had my son with the wheelchair and I I needed it a more comfy room to go up and down with the wheelchair and he really was so nice to me and help me to be comfortable. I love the place I love the apartment thank you, Kyel.

I would not stay at this property again. The condition of the room is poor and It is very basic rental. You have to live out your suitcase no place to hang up or put your clothes away. The Wi-Fi is terrible it comes in and and is very slow. The TVs are Wi-Fi base and cannot connect to the Internet.

This is definitely an efficiency apartment. Very basic, but good quality accommodations. As others have mentioned there is no where to store clothes. Closets without any hangers and no dressers in the rooms. The beds didn’t have any mattress covers which felt a little concerning and you might want to bring extra pillows. Overall the location is super convenient, just around the corner from the boardwalk, but with that comes noise at night too, so if you are looking for quiet before 11pm you won’t find that here.

I loved how clean the apartment was! It seems recently renovated and was a good spot for our trip. However, the space was missing a lot of important items. There was no parking pass (went to front desk of motel), no sheets or pillows for the pullout couch, no silverware despite advertising dishes and glassware, and none of the rooms had racks in the closet or drawers for clothes. I personally do not like having to use only my luggage for storage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if they made these changes!

Very clean, updated, people are friendly and helpful. However it's full of empty gestures... Coffee makers and toaster, but no filters or place to plug in other than bathroom or bedroom. 3 glasses in a suite that sleeps 8, no bowls larger than a cereal bowl, no spatulas. Cabinets are so high that my 6'ft husband can't reach most of them. Not a single place to hang clothes, no any dressers of any sort. You will have to live out of you suitcase on the floor. Beds are comfortable, showers very nice. We had 2 nice balconies. Pool was clean and warm. Parking very convenient. It was quiet and felt safe and very close to the boardwalk

There were no outside lights. Opening your door in the pitch black felt unsafe, same for the parking lot underneath. Really dark. Door did not have deadbolt or 2nd lock. WiFi not strong enough for the tvs to work. WiFi only worked in one part of the room. Nowhere to unpack. No drawers or poles for hangers.

There was no dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker, closet, suitcase rack, dish detergent, or paper towels in our unit. The Cloudbed app did not work at all and Expedia kept telling us that we did not have a reservation. There were clearly some hiccups as this property gets going. I hope that the owners can correct these bugs.

The apt was clean and def has been upgraded, but it’s kind of like they just updated and didnt really pay attention to details. The beds were comfortable. The “private balcony” was not private at all it opened to a courtyard of shared space, which had old resin furniture. The hallway to our unit was pitch black no lights at all, the key pad wouldn’t work we stood outside for 40 mins trying to get in touch with someone to get the code reset. We were able to speak to people at the adjoining Tahiti motel for help. The owner finally texted me at midnight asking if we had gotten in. This is just an extension of the Tahiti. The pool was fine but overall very dated. We also could not get our tvs to work and again had to get assistance from the motel staff. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Could be a great find with some more attention to detail.

DON’T STAY HERE
My family and I were on a 10 day beach vacation, staying 2-3 days at each stop. The place reminded me of where Danielson lived with his mom in the original Karate Kid. Worn down, not maintained, and our suite, if you want to call it that, was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy. The beds weren’t made, there were dirty towels in the shower and hair on the soap and on the toilet seat. There was sand on the floor and windows looked like they had never been cleaned. We told the manager and he showed up within 15-20mins with what appeared to be his teenage son. They did a quick pick up on the room and told us that they didn’t know to make beds so they just threw the sheets & blankets on the bed. We explained that we weren’t comfortable staying there and asked for a refund and we went to better establishment. The manager told us that Hotels.com would issue us a refund, but when the representative from Hotels.com reached out to them they refused to refund any amount; i would’ve been satisfied with even 50% refund, but unfortunately, they are only interested in offering a “Bait & Switch” hotel with computer generated room designs.

I was told I would be text my room code by 4, if not earlier if my room was ready. We arrived In Town around 3 and went to get some lunch and wait until i was text the code. It was a Tuesday with only 2 other rooms being used and at 4:15 I had to call to see if my room was ready. It was, I just never got a code. I had to go into the office of the Tahiti to get a code and a parking pass. I was given a map and asked what floor this was on and was told the 3rd. It wasn’t. It was on the second. Very confusing to find!
Upon arriving in the room we saw all laminate floors with nowhere to wipe your feet at the sandy beach. And no broom to sweep the sand!!
There was what looked like a spot framed out for a dishwasher but no dishwasher was there. There was a spot for a washer and dryer yet there was no washer and dryer.
They didn’t supply coffee or coffee filters. We brought k-cups since that seems to be pretty normal but it was an old fashion coffee pot and no filters. If we would have known that we would have brought filters. There were no tissues or paper towels. No dish soap or sponges- so I doubt the people prior to us washed the dishes, they didn’t look very clean.
There was also no dressers or luggage racks. So everything had to sit on the sandy, dirty floors then be put onto the bed with sand on it. There was no closets to hang anything.
The curtain rods were too small for the heavy curtains, so they were falling off the walls.
We did enjoy the pool and the patio area.

This location would be perfect for a pair of collegiate students who are accustomed to dormitory-like furnishings with little or no amenities. It was absolutely NOT what I had in mind for my family of 5 which is used to modest to upscale hotel accommodations.
It was nice to within walking distance of the boardwalk, but it was not worth the exorbitant fee. I’d neither stay here again, nor recommend it to a family in good conscience.

Cheap Hotel
This property was advertised as a luxury rental, but what we experienced was anything but, and it fell drastically short of both the description and reasonable expectations.
Issues Experienced:
Televisions not working consistently all week – With two ten-year-old children, both with special needs, reliable TV service is not a luxury but a necessity. The lack of functioning TVs created unnecessary stress and difficulty.
No maid or cleaning service provided – Despite being advertised as a luxury rental.
No cleaning supplies – Guests were left without even the basics to maintain the rental.
Small, inadequate refrigerator – The listing misled us into believing we’d have proper kitchen accommodations.
Falsely advertised washer and dryer – The main reason we chose this property was the advertised in-room washer/dryer. None existed, either in the unit or the so-called “sister property,” the Tahiti.
Poor window coverings – Shades were improperly fitted, allowing outside lights and early sunlight to wake my children.
Unsafe curtain rods – Sliding door curtain rods were pulling out of the walls, a clear safety hazard.
Ant infestation – The property was infested with ants, which ruined food and caused trauma for my autistic son, who was extremely distressed by the situation.
Misrepresentation of accessibility – The unit was on the second floor, requiring climbing three flights of steep stairs with no elevator.

Minutes late and also all towel holders coming out of wall. Didn’t have any hand soap or anything at place also
