This is my second stay at HANARE and it was perfect like the first time. My room was spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The ensuite washing machine was very useful. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient to the subway station and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

What an excellent stay. This was more than a hotel, it was an experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. The rooms were large and clean, the lobby offered some unique options and the staff were so kind.

Amazing location, amazing staff. Excellent amenities. From the sake tasting to the pyjamas they supply to the excellent friendly customer service. I’m travelling with my teenagers and we all loved it. Our fav place by far in Japan. So easy to get everywhere from hotel. An absolutely beautiful place.

Room was clean and spacious for 3 people. I have stayed in many different Tokyu Stay locations throughout Japan, specifically because of laundry machine inside the room. Its absolutely convenient. Staff was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed here last year, prior to the remodel, so it was definitely nice to see the new changes. Definitely coming back!

Great hotel in a central location and within walking distance from the shopping centre. Great for families. Breakfast was a nice addition including having an all-in-one washer and dryer. We had a very large room. Nice to have a complimentary beverage and sake station. Our kids also loved the candy station. Luggage forwarding was also very simple. The staff is amazing! We left our AirPod behind and they were able to ship it next day to our place in Tokyo. This location by far was the best out of all the Tokyu chain that we have stayed at. Looking forward to our return visit to this location.

When you arrive, you’re welcomed with a cup of tea and some treats. The entrance hall is very luxurious. There is also a bar with complimentary coffee, tea, wine, and sake. The staff are very friendly. The room is spacious, and the toilet and shower are separate, which is very convenient. There is also an excellent washing machine in the room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Great location, very spacious rooms compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. Friendly staff. My kiddos weren't a fan of the breakfast as they had been at other hotels, but it overall it covered the basics. We loved that our room had a washer/dryer and so much wonderful relaxation space away from the sleeping area. There is a great 7/11 and Starbucks on the same block and wonderful restaurants all within a short few minutes walk.

Loved the room layout, having the sink outside the shower and the toilet, and also loved having a bath. The beds were very comfortable and the tv allowed for airplay and google casting. We were tired when we returned from our excursions so this allowed us to watch a few of our tv shows prior to sleeping.
