Hotel has great breakfast and laundry facilities. Hotel area is close by to local shopping and food. It is within walking distance to IFS with international shops and international food.

Very comfortable stay, room was spacious, free coffee and drinks downstairs. Easy to walk around very well located. Had to doublecheck at check in since they wanted to charge double of what I paid on hotels. With translator it got sorted out, but had to pull up confirmation email from hotels to show the price was half.

The hotel is only 10 minutes away to the city centre. The staffs are helpful, and they do laundry for guests. The breakfast is included but delicious.

Rooms (I stayed 2 nights and back in 3 days for another 3 nights), both rooms were very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly, however they need to update themselves with hotel surroundings as they were not able to respond to my queries on what's there to offer around the area. Breakfast was more than adequate with both local cuisine like noodles, rice, buns, as well as bread, cakes, cereals, fruits etc. Laundry is a big plus for me, and they have staff to help you pack aside your clothing when is done! If i must pick a flaw, the hotel is situated between 2 subway stations, which are both about 18-20 mins walk.

Nice buffet breakfast, clean room, adequate laundry facilities and also a small gym. Staff do not speak any English but 10/10 regardless.

First time staying at Echeng. Hotel layout was bit confusing but overall experience was great. Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, great breakfast options, and the conveniently situated in the city center. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Chengdu.

8/10 Very good

We had a clean, pleasant room with a very comfortable bed. The shower was also lovely. Unfortunately I have medication which needs a fridge, but there wasn't one in the room. We asked at reception, but they weren't very helpful. They said I could store it in their fridge but that wouldn't have worked for me as I need it with me. So I had the aircon on the lowest which kept the room cold enough for my meds. Aside from that, the hotel is in a good location with DiDi taxis vey easy to use.

Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!

My reservation had been lost but the staff was very eager to assist. Problem was resolved through an upgraded themed room which made us very happy. Everything about the place is perfect, rooms, location and staff. Thanks

6/10 Good

Nice hotel, so-so location even if it was close to the Main Street it seemed a sketchy area at times specially at night. There was a group of tourist coming late at night (2am) who smoke so much that it entered our room which was awful. Clearly hotel staff realized this as they spent the following days trying to clean and refresh their room. I’ll not stay here again upon return

Environment was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and refilled regularly. 5 sets of washers and dryers, they were properly cleaned and maintained. Not easy to be reached by public transportation, WIFI were not working at all for our 2 rooms, even our 5 cell phones were having data plans with local mobiles and roaming with China Mobile.

Check in muito confuso. Não encontravam minha reserva. Demorou bastante. O quarto era duplo, mas o banheiro não tinha privacidade suficiente, já que era de vidro. Meu quarto não tinha janela. No lugar, uma projeção iluminada que simulava um dia claro no campo. O café da manhã tinha opções ocidentais limitadas,
