Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!

Room could use renovation. Water damage on ceiling in bathroom. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast could include fruit. Only stayed one night.

Would stay again.

Luis was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was comfortable— bare bones, but the air conditioning worked and we had no complaints. Big parking lot, breakfast was great, and it was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go from the hotel. We only spent a night in Liberia and were just looking for a comfortable place to sleep before we continued on.

The hotel was good. I chose to pay at the hotel and they overcharged me. Expedia would not help with this of course, but otherwise the stay was good. It was a reasonable night for one night before I flew out of the country

The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. I did have a misunderstanding at the front desk, because they said the rate in the reservation was wrong, as Expedia has loaded a wrong rate. As this wasn't my fault, they kept the original rate. But, be aware in case this happens to you.
