Waited over 45 minutes outside waiting for someone to come let us in. Room was not as pictured. Shared bathroom between 4 rooms. Parking was 2 spots on street in not good neighborhood. So bad we left and did not get refund. Read thru reviews there is no way they should receive a good review. Hotels.com needs to drop this property from their site.

It's a private room with a kitchen close to stores, busses and famous places in Miami for the same price as a hostel bed. For the price, cleanliness and convenience, this is a great place to stay. Thanks!

The room was clean, but very small. It was great for a one night stay as I was passing through Miami, but I wouldn't book the room I was in for a longer stay. There was another room that was larger and more suitable for a longer trip, but it was already booked. The common area was clean, and the area around the building was clean. It is also not a hotel, its a house with a few rooms that you can rent out. Not thats an issue, but you shouldnt expect any checkin or reception while staying here, instead you get a code for the front door and your room texted to you, similar to most airbnbs.

The walls, had holes, the door broken, and the kitchen no pots kettles for a simple tea... hot water takes a while. Staff only rude spanish speakers, who have no patience. Way too expensive for a very poor maintained room.

No staff available on site. Check in was over texting only. Holes in wall. Not a hotel. just a room. shared bathroom and kitchen. Door was stuck. Left within 15 minutes of checking in. Not even a phone conversation. Tried later to get refund and they have a no refund policy even though no one stayed the night in the reserved room.

I would not recommend staying here. The handle to the door was broken and would not lock. I asked for a refund because I did not feel safe. They said “no problem” and then proceeded to not issue the refund. They lied and said the door was fixed within 10 minutes. They are dishonest. I had to send hotels.com screenshots of the text conversation where they said they would refund me “no problem”.

Bed was not fully made, roaches, one towel, no washcloth, no bath soap, bed fell apart, 2 br house converted to 5 br/w 1 shared bathroom, no parking, loud ac, basically a flop house. Worst accomodations ever.

Staff would book a bunch of people for the same room and in the middle of the night the people would unlock your room, reaching out to the host you’ll never get an answer back. I ended up leaving the same night since bunch of people kept coming to my room.

They switched my location to a FAR LOCATION AND THEN. GOT THERE AND THERE WASNT NO ROOM FOR ME.I WAS HOMELESS THE FIRST NIGHT COMING FROM GEORGIA...I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED HOTEL. BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT

We didn't stay here. When we arrived the Manager told us they have no queen room and theresno availability. He tried to give us a room sharing with single beds. It was dirty and smelly. It's no way nesr luxurious. Expedia should remove them from their options

The beds are clean and not that bad comfort wise. They do keep up with maintaining it clean. I liked that the doors had codes although i don’t know how often they change that. But that’s about it if I’m being honest. It has glass door where any and everyone can see inside the property the communication is off because the cleaning lady didn’t know how long I was staying there or when I checked in and opened my door twice during me sleeping. They say full kitchen and there is a kitchen area but nothing works for real. So that to me was miss leading the microwave doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work, water / ice dispenser doesn’t work it’s pretty much just a fridge and an air fryer. The bathroom was always questionable for me mostly the shower the tiles love orange and yellow and the shower head is dirty and needs to be replaced asap. The area is surprisingly quiet but a lot of drug addicts around the corner.

Well…everything from the check-in was awfull! You should never promote that place! The coding system is ridiculously unnecessary! The check-in hour is so late! 15.00PM I was there 15mnt early and I had to wait for all the codes! So called room is a joke! They charged me extra $30 for parking my car inside the fence, which I didn’t ask for that, there were perfectly empty places for parking in front of the house and for free! The bad was very squeaking and jumpy and sooo small! But the most important part is that this so called hotel/motel is in a neighbourhood which in every five minutes a plane flies right up of the roof! So noisy, the walls and the isolation must be so thin I could here the highway traffic. Almost every house in the street there were dogs, they were barking all night, and there were roosters also crowing all night long! Between these noises I fell a sleep bu In the middle of the night airconditioning system turned on at 02.00 AM, also ridiculously organized automatic, because of the position of the bed, I woke with a heavy wind on my head, etc…etc… I hated there! So I didn’t spend my second night and checked out! Was an awfull experience and loss of money!!!

This accommodation was a GROSS FRAUD! originally intended this accommodation but it wasn't, they just told me to change to another place with notice in a different direction in a different area in a detached house there was a bum in the area and a demolition worker lives there, it was horrible! bad ugly behavior the cleaner or the man barked at me! demanded my money back! Address: oli 190 NW 83rd St!
