Got this hotel because they said they had parking. No parking available when I got there. Ask for help as to where I could park, no help at all

Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price.

Booking in was difficult. There is no one at reception. A cleaner let us in to our room after we waited for 3 hrs. No one answers a phone. Great to access a microwave at reception desk. No chairs in room. Nowhere to hang washing. Getting in n out of building n room was good. Great location.

Aandader

Bonito alojamiento, limpio, cómodo y ubicado excelentemente.

Our stay at this B&B in Nice was sub-par. It wasn't the dirtiest place, but we did have to request it be re-cleaned when we arrived. Check-in was easy enough and the room itself was nice. Customer service, however, was non-existent. For the entire stay, there was no one at the front desk. Partway through, our key got locked in the room and we couldn't get back in. We were stuck waiting in a hot, stuffy, unventilated hallway trying to reach someone, with a baby, while we tried every contact method available with no luck. By midnight, we had no choice but to book into another hotel for the night — an extremely stressful experience for our family. The next morning, every attempt to reach someone was still useless. We only got back into our room well past checkout time, when the cleaners finally arrived to prepare it for the next guests. What could have been a lovely stay turned into the worst accommodation experience I've ever had.

The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.

we really enjoyed our time in nice! property was accurate to photos. only thing that would have been convenient is better and clearer instruction on checking in. we figured it out and got into our room but it was a little confusing. bed was comfy though, and the shower had great water pressure!
