Honestly didn’t know what to expect with this hotel since it was super loud during the day, but surprisingly at night it was quiet! That blew my mind for being in nyc and I would stay here again

It was a nice enough place. Not bad for the money. I just didn't realize how far from downtown the hotel was. Not really there fault.

4/10 一般般

Truthfully the pictures don’t do justice to what it looks like. The room was dirty. Bed was great. Restroom was dirty. Lobby was dirty. Staff was nice. Helpful honestly. But don’t think I would book again.

2/10 不太好

Our bedsheets were DIRTY and not remade from the people before us and we were given new sheets to remake the beds ourselves. Staff wasn’t helpful I reached out to management a week ago and still haven’t gotten an answer

2/10 不太好

If you need clean sheets and towers this is not the hotel for you, yes the location is good but it is just not worth it. The room was located in the second floor right from the stairs to the roof and the door was not good so all the cold air was coming to inside and the aircondition was to noisy. If you are staying on friday or saturday there is a ajoing club with the hotel building and you cannot sleep with the noise or feeling the bass vibrations in the room. I really do not recommend this hotel.

There were no shampoo or conditioner offered. Those cleaning the room daily wouldn’t take dirty/used towels or trash from my room. I shouldnt done more research into amenities but didn’t realize there was also no bar or onsite restaurant for a quick bite. Front desk staff were great though

Highly overpriced. Not worth the $480+ they charged for one night. Floors were slippery with a waxy layer from the cleaning liquid used.

His was a fabulous stay. From the messaging before we arrived, the welcome from Terrance on reception, the room was clean and good size, we were on the 2nd floor so we could easily walk out across the hall to the very spacious and comfy outdoor seating area. The housekeeping staff were so friendly, helpful and overall superb. Location also very convenient. Will stay again.
