My sister and I had a great weekend stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The shuttle driver was also great. We loved the fruit infused water and the breakfast was good also.

the hotel was stunning! it was such a great stay. the only problem i had was the parking. for such a nice place it felt crazy to have to pay $12/day for a parking spot.

Check in was good and the staff was good. The shuttle was nice to get to the Chris Brown Concert. I found good food in the area as well.

Very clean and comfortable. In more of a commercial area with not much in walking distance but you can buy snacks and drinks in the lobby. Downtown is only a short Uber drive away.

I went to Nashville for a work conference for 5 days and enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the check-in process went smoothly, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was nice. We appreciated the full-size refrigerator in the kitchenette area, which also had everything we needed to feel more at home and use the kitchenette during our stay. The room was well-designed for both work and for relaxation. The only unfortunate experience we had was the guests across the room was noisy one night, and maybe due to staffing issue it took two calls from us for hotel security to address the issue. Otherwise, overall I enjoyed my time there and would stay there again if I visit Nashville.

Water in shower took forever to get warm/hot. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely return for another stay

Had a good stay other than their system to make the keys being down so front office had to let me up to my room every time.

Room was very clean and breakfast was very good (a lot of options). I know it was a holiday weekend but the front desk attendant who checked us in was hard to understand, he mumbled and spoke lowly.
