Lovely new boutique hotel

Very easy upon arrival. Good information given in advance. Very good location for close to Vatican, Ponte and Rione (walking distance). Quiet neighbourhood and yet some nice options for food. The rooms were new and modern. Beds were lovely! Few rooms, so not disturbed by many others. Also very nice that they provided water bottles and soft drinks in the common area. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Communication with the hotel on WhatsApp was so easy. Their response was so quick. The room had very nice and modern interior. Was spacious enough for myself, in addition to that the room had high ceiling which made room so spacious. The room was kept clean by a lovely lady and loved the amenities too. Excellent stay at the hotel for my Wife & I. As in photos, felt safe in the Prati area. All information was sent via WhatsApp for code access and pre-registration and paying taxes prior to stay. Lovely bed, room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and smart. I would recommend a stay here. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro (Lepanto). Plenty of dining options around, I recommend using The Fork app to look for deals around. I hope to return again some day.

Not a boutiqe hotel

This is not a boutiqe hotel, it is rooms incorporated in a house of appartments. No signs outside so pay attention to the address. When we arrived early on a Sunday, since our flight was early, the code to get in did not work. We had to call to get in. There was no stafff onsite so we had to leave our bags in the corridor a couple of hours until the room was ready. Otherwise the room was good, location very good, close to the vatican. The best was that the airport bus stop was 1 minute walk away. Since this is not a proper hotel the price is quite high.

Think air bnb but hotel. There are a handful of rooms on the third floor of a residential building with a person at front desk for just few hours each day. Check-in was reasonable as they text you a code for the front door which you also use to access the hotel door on floor 3 and your room. Lots of shopping and places to eat within ten minute walk and about ten minutes to saint peters area. Beds were comfortable and shower was good.
