Overall Goid Stay
The only things I would note would be the exterior noise if traffic was louder than I expected. Perhaps with a door to bakcony and 2 windows ut is more orone to that. (I am a light sleeper). Even though there were alit if electrical plugs sometimes they were unaccessible due to furniture and mirrors. We carry power vars with iur laptops so we made it work.

Happy we stayed
Clean, great area, modern unit. Only issue is parking is a bit far, like a 5 minute walk. Best price parking was City Hall on weekends at least.

Very recommendable.
The property is in very nice location, we just walked around our way to discover Downtown Ottawa. The room is very cute, nice and clean. The receptionist are very friendly.

Compact space, well-located
A compact but well-appointed room and comfortable stay at a really central location. It was a little small for 2 people but worked fine for one. No desk/workchair but the mini dining area was a reasonable alternative. Wifi was good and the price was very reasonable.

Overall everything was perfect. The only thing that im concern about is the louf banging sounf that came up about 4:45 in the morning every 10 minutes until 6 am. But definitely coming back for my next stay .

Sonder Ottawa a Must for Us!
Great location downtown Ottawa, very comfortable suite, great bed and amenities in the unit. Kitchen was well equipped too. Loved that we could walk to Parliament Hill, the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa Art Gallery, even in the snow! Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. 2nd time staying at 2 different Sonders, will be back!

Very comfortable and convenient
Went for weekend skate on the canal and the location was perfect. Room is very basic but well equipped and comfortable. The desk attendees were very helpful even though it’s mainly a self serve concept. Wanted to watch some curling on TSN but streaming service did not work. Downtown very quiet on weekends but lots of options within 15 minute walk.

Not really worth it
Nice central location but other than that not a great stay. You can see into the other bedroom next to yours. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor. But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to make up for the extra day we had to pay for. Albeit in their cancellation policy, I would argue that it's common decency not to take a full charge when your guest is stuck on a train for 20 hours.

6 week stay review
To put it into perspective I stayed for a total of 6 and a half weeks at this property. This was due to a university placement being in the city. So I think it’s fair that I can give a pretty good review. Firstly I want to say thank you to the staff that were there they were very hospitable and dealt with any concerns that I had or issues throughout my stay. However it wasn’t all perfect. Firstly they had to enter my room twice during my first week due to it being the only way to access the heaters on the roof and one time I was still in bed and they came in! They were very apologetic and compensated me for it. The next day I lost power so they then had to move me to a different room which was fine, but then 2 weeks later they then had to move me again and downgrade me to a room due to the room I was in having being booked up! I was very frustrated with this but again the staff on hand did refund the difference between the rooms. Another gripe I had was how poorly the kitchen was kitted out, it was strange it had 4 of every type of cutlery and utensil but didn’t have a simple thing like a frying pan or baking tray! Did seem a little odd to me and ended up with me going to buy one from Walmart, again not the end of the world for a short stay but for someone like me was very annoying. However overall the apartment was nicely furnished, even though it was cheaply done with floorboards not matching up correctly etc it was good for being on a budget as a student!
